Three Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients

Small Flour Tortillas

El Viajero’s Queso Quesadilla

El Viajero’s Queso Fresco

El Viajero’s Queso Cotija

Oil, for greasing/spraying the pan

Pico de Gallo, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat a pan with a drizzle of oil.

  2. On one half of the tortilla, add the queso quesadilla, queso fresco, and cotija. Fold the tortilla in half and add it to the pan.

  3. Once one side is golden and toasted, flip it over. Cook until the cheese is fully melted.

  4. Serve with pico de gallo and enjoy.
