Bio Salud Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1 bottle Bio Salud

½ cup rolled oats

½ tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

½ cup milk (plus more, if needed)

2 tablespoons yogurt

Fresh berries of choice

Granola of choice

Directions

  1. In a container, combine the Bio Salud, oats, chia seeds, vanilla, salt, and yogurt. Stir well to combine.

  2. Fold in the yogurt and berries if desired. Cover and store overnight.

  3. The next morning, add more fruit on top, plus granola for crunch, and enjoy.
