Taco Cup Appetizers

Ingredients

12 small flour tortillas

1 pound ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 1/2 cups El Viajero Queso Quesadilla

1 cup guacamole

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup pico de gallo

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. Press small flour tortillas into the cups of a greased muffin tin

3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add taco seasoning and cook according to package directions

4. Fill each tortilla cup with seasoned ground beef

5. Sprinkle El Viajero Queso Quesadilla generously on top of each cup

6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until tortillas are golden and crispy and cheese is melted and bubbly

7. Remove from oven and transfer taco cups to a serving tray

8. Top each cup with guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo

9. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges
