Ingredients

Eggs

Oil or cooking spray

Avocado

Hot sauce

Tortilla

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and oil generously.

  2. Add the queso fresco in a circle and let it begin to melt.

  3. Crack the egg on top, cover it with the pan's lid, and let it cook until the whites are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Meanwhile, spread half of an avocado on a tortilla.

  5. Add the cooked egg to the tortilla with avocado, then drizzle hot sauce on top.
