Fried Cheesy Tortillas

Ingredients

El Viajero Queso Quesadilla

Hard corn tortilla (tostada)

Fried egg with runny yolk

Fresh cilantro

Queso Fresco

Hot sauce for sprinkling on top

Directions

  1. Place a handful of queso quesadilla in a frying pan and spread evenly. Let it melt over low heat (this should take a few minutes—you want the heat low and slow).

  2. Once the cheese is bubbling, press the tostada shell on top and press it down.

  3. Once the tostada is adhered to the cheese, flip it over with a spatula.

  4. Top the cheesy tostada with a runny egg, fresh cilantro, a sprinkle of queso fresco, and fresh cilantro.
