Sopa Fria

Ingredients

8 oz macaroni noodles

1 bay leaf

1 jalapeno, seeded and diced

2 stalks of celery, diced

1 cup diced ham

1/2 cup El Viajero Queso Muenster

1 can corn, drained

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayo

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water with a bay leaf to a boil. Add salt, then pour in the pasta. Cook to package directions, then drain and cool.

  2. In a large bowl, add the cooled pasta.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
