Chocolate Chip Probiotic Bites

Ingredients

1 Original Flavor Bio Salud

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (or blend into oat flour for smoother texture)

1/4 cup additional oat flour (or finely blended oats)

1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)

2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to desired sweetness)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Combine: In a medium bowl, mix rolled oats, oat flour, almond butter, Vanilla Premier Protein Shake, and maple syrup/honey until a thick dough forms

  2. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips

  3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter)

  4. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to help them firm up. (optional)

  5. Transfer the bites to an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator for a ready-to-go, “Go Get ’Em” snack anytime you need a boost!
