Breakfast Tostada with Queso Fresco

Ingredients

1 tostada shell

1/2 avocado, mashed and seasoned with salt and pepper

1/2 lime

1 egg, fried runny

1/4 roma tomato, diced fine

Salsa macha

El Viajero’s Queso Fresco

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions

  1. Spread the avocado on the tostada shell. Squeeze with the juice of the lime.

  2. Add the fried egg, then top with the tomato. Drizzle over a spoonful of salsa macha, then sprinkle with crumbled El Viajero Queso Fresco and the fresh cilantro.
