Birria Tacos

Ingredients

4 cups birria meat

2 cups birria broth

12 large corn tortillas

3 cups El Viajero Queso Quesadilla

1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped

1/2 white onion chopped

Directions

  1. In a large shallow bowl, add the birria broth. Dip the tortillas in the broth and coat both sides.

  2. Add oil to a cast iron skillet and place over medium heat. Once hot, add a soaked tortilla to it. Sprinkle with queso quesadilla, then add the birria meat. Fold in half and cook both sides for 2-3 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  3. Sprinkle with cilantro and diced onions.
